William “Bill” Cummings Jr. is a Merced based real estate developer, commercial contractor and Broker.

In 2006, Bill moved to Fresno from Washington DC and started Legacy Construction, a full-service commercial construction firm. Legacy focuses on the development of privately financed, built-to-suit Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) as well as medical and dental private practice offices.

In addition to Legacy Construction, Bill is co-owner/Partner of Legacy Realty and Development (LRD), First Resource Consulting (FRC) and Convergent Healthcare Group (CHG). LRD is a pre-development firm that provides preconstruction, entitlement and construction management services. FRC is an economically disadvantaged woman owned small business (EDWOSB) that specializes in distressed asset management and training for federal real estate agents. CHG is an FQHC specific development firm that uses data, technology and non-linear funding solutions to provide customized revenue optimization plans.

Bill is a licensed California real estate broker (DRE #01504861) and holds an active California General B Contractor’s License (CSLB #891883).

James "Jamie" Reedy is a construction and development executive with experience in a range of project types from residential to commercial with an emphasis in medical office building development and construction. Jamie currently serves as Vice President of Legacy Construction (LC) and Legacy Realty & Development (LRD) based in Fresno, California. LC and LRD focus on commercial construction and development with an emphasis in the professional and medical office space. In this role he oversees all financial functions, including risk management, contract activities, and lender relationships. Jamie is involved in the strategic direction of the company, developing growth partnerships and expansion opportunities. As a partner of Convergent Healthcare Group (CHG), Jamie’s role is to assist the data and development platforms while managing the capital platforms. Through CHG’s capital platform, Jamie will assist CHG clients with analysis of organizational capital needs to support current operations as well as strategic growth opportunities. With experience in both traditional and non-linear funding sources, Jamie’s goal is to provide CHG clients with creative and optimal capital solutions custom tailored to each organization.

In addition to his role with LC and LRD, Jamie is also a partner in Pantheon Development, a general contractor and real estate development company based in Nashville, Tennessee, focused on high end custom home building. Jamie is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and resides in Nashville with his wife and three children.

Nancy Netherland is a San Francisco based entrepreneur with 15+ years of data strategy and development and 20+ years strategic planning, grant compliancy, and program development.

Ms. Netherland’s company, Netherland & Associates, identifies and secures new funding and revenue for clients. She and her team and have helped secure over $100-million in grant funding for non-profit healthcare programs and safety-net health clinics and hospitals, influenced local and international policy, designed award winning programs, and conducted research for publications and speeches presented before the UN, WHO, NIH, and the US Congress over the last decade. She has also designed and implemented evidence-based health education and health advocacy training, outreach, and wellness programs.

Prior to running her own firm, Nancy was employed by: California Pacific Medical Center-San Francisco; AIDS Health Project-UCSF; Stanford University; YMCA of SF; and the University of California at Santa Cruz.

Some of Ms. Netherland’s recent awards and appointments include: State of California Children’s Health Advisory Panel for MediCaid, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Family Advisory, and Ambassador - Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute.

A Nashville native, and previously a corporate finance and program management professional, Mike Matwijec (pronounced "Ma-twee-jick") is an associate broker with Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty. His previous professional experiences include a wide range of corporate finance and program management positions with Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC). As part of his Financial Leadership Development program at LMC, Mike earned his Six Sigma Green Belt Process Improvement Certification in 2008.

Mike is a member of the Matwijec Stinson Group real estate team of Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty, a team that collectively contributed to 89 property conveyances resulting in more than $45,000,000 in 2018.

Mike currently lives in Brentwood, Tennessee with his wife and five children. He is a partner in Convergent Healthcare Group, a federally qualified health center specific development firm. He is also the co-owner of Tyne Enterprises, a small real estate investment company, and is the co-founder with his wife, Jennifer, of Waves of Grace, a non-profit organization that sends cancer patients and their families on all expense paid beach vacations.

Mike is a licensed Tennessee real estate affiliate broker (TNRE#327864) and a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
